We has systematically mastered the kilotons production technology of SYT49S (T700), SYT55S (T800), SYM30 (M30), SYM35 (M35) carbon fiber and hundred tons production technology of SYT65 (T1000), SYM40 (M40) carbon fiber, and has taken the lead in realizing the key technology breakthrough and the localization of core equipment for dry jet wet spinning in China. We has built the first industrial production line of kiloton carbon fiber made by process technology of dry jet wet spinning in China. As the first completion unit on January 2018, We won the first prize of 2017 national science and technology progress award, which is also the highest award of China's carbon fiber industry. At the end of 2021, the Xining 10,000-ton Carbon Fiber Project was selected as one of Top Ten Super Projects of China's State-owned enterprises.
The carbon fibers made by us are widely used in application of aerospace, pressure vessel, carbon/carbon composite, wind turbine blade, transportation, construction, sports & leisure, etc., greatly promoting the development of the carbon fiber composite industry in China. The products, which are equal to mainly carbon fiber made by Toray, achieved the coverage of various types of carbon fiber, such as high-strength carbon fiber, high-strength and intermediate-modulus carbon fiber and high strength high-modulus carbon fiber.
